This house suffered some small leaks in the waterproofing membrane under the Flagstone walk on deck around the back of the house. Which overtime rotted out large, structural beams, the floor and the floor joist as well as damaged the stucco. The combined crew from Verde Valley Handyman and Licensed Handyman work together to demo pull out all the rotten lumber and rebuild the waterproof deck before adding new flagstones and shaping them in an artistic way to match the existing customer patio

A Verde Valley Handyman customer asked us to create these privacy wall. That totally blocks out the heat and sun, yet allows for him to see out between each of the boards with a 1 inch gap between each piece of horizontal lumber.
